About Maddie
Maddie has been an integral part of EEL since 2012, when she joined as an Office Administrator Apprentice. Over the years, she has navigated through various roles, gaining hands-on experience across operations, facilities, and business management.
Today, she thrives in a collaborative role, as our Business Administrator – solving problems, interlinking our teams and departments, and is our in-house expert for the rental management system. Though she’s based in our office, the international nature of EEL allows her to stay connected to the international world, giving her a taste of travel without having to leave home. Because that would make her two littles ones very sad!
She’s not just a wizard at work but also outside of it, as an avid gamer across PC and Nintendo Switch adventures. Looking ahead, she hopes to extend her involvement in the HR side of the business because ultimately, it’s about people, connection, and making a real difference in the workplace.
