About Neil
As our Engineering Supervisor, Neil ensures all equipment, from winches to compressors, is in excellent working condition while overseeing the workshop team. Since joining in 2011 after transitioning from the motor industry, Neil has gained extensive hands-on experience both offshore and onshore. Over the years, he has built and maintained critical equipment for various projects and takes pride in training colleagues, contributing to EEL’s collaborative and supportive culture.
His guiding motto, “Every day’s a school day,” reflects his enthusiasm for learning and problem-solving, which he brings to every challenge at EEL. Which comes in handy because no two days are the same and make him the go-to guy for the offshore team.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, holidays, and following Formula 1 and football. And as a former stock car racer, Neil even earned the title of Banger Ramp Rollover Champion in 2002!
